Your account details (email, name, hashed password), the vehicles and service records you add, and basic usage data needed to keep the service secure and reliable. Nothing more.
All billing is handled directly by Stripe. RevLine never receives or stores your card number — only a subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id before storage. We cannot see or recover your password, and never will — not even to help you if you forget it, only to reset it.
Export your service history or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
A guest session creates a temporary account with a system-generated email and password you never see. It behaves like a normal account until you either create real credentials or the session is cleaned up.
We use Stripe for payments and an email provider for reminder delivery. Neither is permitted to use your data for their own marketing. Questions can be sent to the address you signed up with.
