Using RevLine means agreeing to these terms. The most important one is the third: RevLine is a record-keeping tool, not a mechanic — never rely on it for a safety decision about a vehicle.

RevLine is a digital logbook for your vehicles. It decodes VINs, builds a maintenance schedule for your powertrain, tracks service history and running costs, stores your documents, and emails you reminders.
You must be at least 16 to use it. Creating an account means you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Maintenance intervals in RevLine are general guidance based on typical manufacturer schedules. They are not an inspection, a diagnosis, or professional advice.
Your vehicle's real needs depend on its condition, age, how it is driven, and where. Always follow your manufacturer's handbook and have a qualified technician inspect anything that concerns you. A schedule showing green in RevLine is not evidence that a vehicle is roadworthy or safe.
You are solely responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and safely operating your vehicle. Never delay a repair, ignore a warning light, or skip an inspection because of anything this app shows you.
Sign-in is a six-digit code emailed to you. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. A sign-in code lasts 10 minutes and is single-use. Do not confuse it with the unlock token sent after a payment, which is a different code and expires in 24 hours.
One account per person. Do not share your account, and tell us at support@revlinecar.shop if you think someone else has used it.
The records you enter are yours. We claim no ownership of them and do not use them to train anything.
Guest sessions let you look around without an email address. Because there is no email attached, a guest session cannot be recovered once it ends — if you close the browser or clear your data, it is gone, and we cannot restore it.
For that reason a guest garage holds the demo vehicle only. To add your own vehicle, create a free account. Guest sessions cannot redeem unlock tokens, since a token is tied to the email it was sent to.

Pro is sold at two cadences, each bought outright rather than billed on a schedule:
Both plans include the identical feature set; only the price and the length of access differ. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored — there is no recurring charge to cancel, and access simply ends at the close of the period you paid for unless you buy another. Moving from monthly to yearly is a new purchase made the same way, and starts a fresh twelve months from the day its token is redeemed.
How it works: scan a QR in your own PayPal or banking app — PayPal QR in USD from anywhere, or Nepal QR in NPR inside Nepal — send us the payment confirmation on WhatsApp, and we email you a one-time unlock token. Tokens expire 24 hours after they are generated and become invalid once redeemed, which is what stops them being forwarded or resold.
Every payment is verified by a person against our receiving account before a token is issued. Activation is usually quick but can take up to 24 hours. We never see or store your card number, and no payment details reach RevLine's servers.
You are responsible for any bank charges, wallet fees, or local taxes on the payment. Free accounts are free, indefinitely, and are never charged.

We aim to keep RevLine available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, and failures at our hosting or email providers can interrupt it. Features may change, and we may retire ones that are not working.
Keep your own records for anything that matters. RevLine is a convenience, not an official record, and should not be your only copy of important documents. Pro accounts can export everything as a PDF at any time.
If we change these terms materially, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use RevLine after that means accepting the new version.
RevLine is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including vehicle damage, mechanical failure, missed maintenance, breakdowns, or repair costs — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid RevLine in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the account page; it is permanent and immediate. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used for fraud.
